When will my order ship?
If you have already placed an order on our website and want to check the status of your shipment, please go to the Check Order Status page. Please allow 12-24 hours for this information to become available after placing your order.
Most orders placed before 3pm Central Daylight Time (CDT) are shipped out the very same day. Your delivery time will depend upon the shipping method (not carrier) you chose at checkout. The default shipping method is Ground shipping. (Other methods such as Overnight, 2nd Day, 3 Day, are available during checkout, and the cost for each will be calculated for you. Just choose the method you prefer.)
A tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail within 12-24 hours of placing your order and it leaving the facility.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending which cartridges are on your order, the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, Private Carriers) may vary. Also the warehouse your order ships from will vary depending on the cartridges in your order. This is so we can get your order to you as fast as possible.
Where do you ship to?
Laser Cartridge Plus is operated within the continental USA, and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. We also do not ship to Canada. We ship to the USA only.
Laser Cartridge Plus delivers to street addresses (and APO/FPO) in the continental USA only. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
If you are requesting an order to be shipped to an apartment, or a residential address, your billing and shipping address must match what is on file with the credit card company, as well as the phone number. Please note that it is company policy that we do not ship MICR toner or check paper to residential addresses, apartments, or rented boxes, such as a UPS store.
We do not ship to Mailbox/Shipping Stores, where the shipment is dropped off for the box owner to pickup later. We will ship to commercial addresses and residential addresses, but all orders must pass our fraud screening department before they are processed.
What are your hours?
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. We are not open on Saturdays, Sundays, or on most holidays. This means if your order was placed after 3pm, it will be processed on the following business day. (If you order was placed after 3pm on Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday.)
